When Latrobe Health Services first teamed up with PLAYE in 2022, they weren’t quite sure what to expect. Featuring on one of Melbourne’s most iconic billboards above Young and Jackson’s; at 1 Swanston Street, this was a year highlight for the Latrobe Health Team. This campaign was just another significant step in Latrobe Health’s marketing evolution, demonstrating their ability to execute larger-scale projects with PLAYE’s collaboration.

But perhaps the most remarkable success story is the ‘Elf Health Insurance Campaign. This creative concept, born from PLAYE’s fractional creative team, became Latrobe Health’s top-performing campaign of the year. As Sophie shares of the journey: “Elfy was so much fun to create. We saw him come to life through concepting in AI using Midjourney, then character sketches through 3D moulds and modeling, then into full-on props building.”

The results spoke for themselves. As Heather from Latrobe Health notes: “Elfy was really successful. He outperformed any campaign we did over the year. Just December and January alone, we hit our budgets and went over by 20%. And we are seeing a lot of impressions and clicks to our website just because of Elfy.”
