Yes! Many brands have trusted freelancers who they’ve used before. After inviting them to the platform, they’ll be saved in your PLAYEbook and accessible at any time.
In addition, when you bring your own creator to PLAYE, you’ll pay a lower fee on all projects with that freelancer.
PLAYE has implemented a rigorous vetting process, ensuring all creators meet high standards of experience and skill before granted access to our community.
All creators are legally compliant in accordance with local labour laws.
Throughout the contract, you're able to engage directly with the freelancer through the PLAYE platform or directly via email or WhatsApp - these communications are integrated and sync into the platform for an audit trail.
Brands will pay PLAYE for the services, and PLAYE then handles all payments to freelancers, paid the month following job completion or instant payment for a small fee, ensuring that freelancers are paid promptly and correctly every time.
PLAYE handles all compliance matters, including tax, NDAs, and worker's compensation, mitigating the risk for brands.
Unless otherwise agreed to by us in writing, our standard payment terms are 100% of the costs paid upfront, 30 days from the invoice date. This is to ensure fast payment to the freelancers, one of the many benefits of them working through PLAYE.
