Role Description
The Producer will be responsible for managing the production of various projects, including but not limited to digital content, events, and marketing campaigns. This role calls for an entrepreneurial minded self-starter who is driven by passion for their work, engaged by fast paced environments. As our first full-time, Australian Producer, this person will play a key part in growing the business, and will have lots of opportunities for growth within the company.
About You
- Proven experience as a Producer or similar role in a production or creative environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Advertising, Communications) preferred but not required
How you’ll make an impact
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supporting some of our biggest clients - making sure that we deliver them the best service possible whilst developing out a long term relationship
- Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals for each project
- Oversee the logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
- Act as a point of contact for clients and team members, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the duration of each project
- Manage the project lifecycle from conception to completion, including project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key metrics
